Microsoft should have just cut out the kinect sports game , crappy kart game , and Forza from the conference. They weren't good at all.
They could have replaced that with some XBLA stuff and a regular 3rd party game or two and would have had a more balanced show.
Retailers could just throw in a cheap game or a cheap accessory with the 120 gigs to help get rid of them.
