I've got a pot put to one side. Just not quite decided what I'm picking up yet.
Honestly have no idea how I'm going to find time to sleep next month 😂
Haha missed that. Think they've amended it now!
Could still be cool though. Would love to see China over Japan (or both!) because, as you said, Ghost of Tsushima has basically done what you'd want from an Assassin's Creed game based in Japan.
That would be ace
Quick. Get them in charge of development! 😂
I'm genuinely hyped for Gollum. I reckon it could be on this list in the future!
GameByte reviewed it the other week and it sounds like a pretty cool game. https://www.gamebyte.com/re...
Hoping it'll pop up on console down the road, especially if it keeps getting interest from people. Fingers crossed as most my friends are console gamers too!
Yeah I'm loving this resurgence in dinosaur games right now.
i always find these eBay listings crazy. Like... surely nobody is going to bid that much?
I genuinely think it's one of the reasons I steered clear of the N64 for the most part during the PS1 era. Just hated that controller (still do).
Oh cool must've been a bit before my time in Manchester. It's been really cool seeing the gaming scene grow again in the city though. People want arcades and the like again now it seems!
Are those the amusement places you always got at British seaside towns?
It does seem like a good fit for VR. Less awkward than some of the other things they've tried to make work with it.
I think if it wasn't pushed as a full price £40+ game it could do pretty well.
I did too. Not the second one though. That was terrible.
Can agree with that. Feel we're getting a generation of directors and writers now that definitely care about the source material and "get it" for the most part. Detective Pikachu was a lot of fun and I'm optimistic about some of the upcoming game x movie tie ins... maybe not Sonic but then at least they've taken criticism on board and are actually reconsidering things. I feel in the past that wouldn't happen.
It definitely provides great groundwork for reworking other games in the "tank" part of the franchise but it also shows great promise for whatever they decide to do next in terms of a new sequel. Exciting times for the franchise.
It's more what it does rather than games being next gen atm. Being able to pause multiple games and resume in a matter of seconds whilst your console runs quietly is genuinely impressive.
It'll be interesting to see how it does as this gen continues though. Hoping Quick Resume continues to impress though.
