Duh. I don't ever see WoW happening on consoles. It's made for the PC and that's where it will stay. They are already making a TON of money from it so there's no $ incentive to bring it to consoles.
I thought all this information was already in the latest EGM issue. I know i've seen this stuff before now.

BTW, Both consoles have their pros and cons, and neither are perfect.
Easy choice, 360 for me since I don't have a PS3 yet.

That's Life. Once you buy something, it's bound to drop in price at some point. There are always early adopters when new technology comes out that pay a premium price that is later discounted. Cars, Ipods, computers, you name it. Consoles are no different.
I preorderd Halo 2 when it was set to release to ensure I got a copy. I even ordered to "Limited" Edition to make sure I would get one. When I walked in to get my copy they had tons of both versions for people to by. For H3, I plan to run into Best Buy and snag a copy off the shelf. I believe Microsoft will have start duplication early enough to have a ton of copies to sell. They know they will sell them.
It was my understand the origional 4 or 5 millino preorder was from stores like EB, Best Buy etc. I assume this new total, 1 mil, is from actual players.
I so want this game and can't wait for the beta. My anticipation is almost up there with Halo3:)
I also suspect this will be something like the Oblivion Gold version, where they pack in all the content released to date.
I still play through Co-op THunt and Story mode with friends. I would love for it to be some kind of expansion to the story but I doubt that. Hopefully, they officially announce it soon.
What does this being the final Halo have anything to do with Microsoft not releasing another console? I wouldn't be suprised if Bungie does some kind of spinoff where you play as the Arbiter or as a marine, or something that is in the Halo Universe.
Tooooo many Halo 3 previews. Especially ones that don't tell us anything new.
Personally, I think it looks fake.
I've been looking forward to the sequel for a long time. Thought it had been scrapped or something. Hopefully, ti comes out soon.
You know, at the time of E3 I'm sure Microsoft was confident the game would be out on said date. S**t happens and games det delayed, even after release dates are given. It shouldn't be suprising.
My Perfect Storm will still happen (Halo 3, COD 4, Mass Effect). GTAIV will happen when it happens.
Although that does suck, if the final product is that much better so be it. At least we'll have Halo 3 and Mass Effect, for starters, this Fall.
Personally, I don't want Bungie to "reinvent" Halo now that we are to finish the fight. I loved the first two and I'll be happy to have HD graphics but still have that familiar Halo feel. Bigger battles, new weapons, levels, etc. That's all I need. And 4 player coop is gonna be great. That was the one major thing my friends and I were looking forward too.
August or early September would have been the best time to release. Anything after September 25 and you get released during Halo3, GTAIV, and Mass Effect (the big three).
So in other words, "Our game sucks ass and we need more time to try and make it better."
I'm actually happy to hear it has 20 hours in it. I was actually expecting them to say 8-10 hours.
