You do indeed and you're right on your complaint, l'd be pissed too. However l don't see Nintendo doing something about the issue except altering the design for the future machines. They're probably like: "lt's just a scratch anyway, not like the hardware is malfunctioning..."
You people talking about how good the graphics look really amaze me, as it's literally impossible to see jack sh#t in those tiny little blurred images.
I'm guessing that your imagination endowes you with some inhumanly eyes which are able to do a 40x zoom on the image and process it like an image editing software.
This article is like "watch this without laughing for 30 seconds" videos on YouTube. The irony is so strong with this one that you can't even read it without letting a good laugh out.
Of course they won't, as the delivery of that simple, cheap screen protector would probably cost them a lot more than the actual production price of the protector.
Why don't you just go to your local store and buy one rather than demanding that from the customer service? l mean it's good that you informed them on the issue but demanding a 2$ solution and wasting your time waiting for it to be delievered does not really sound like the best solution to me.

Lip synching and the facial animations in Brotherhood were actually better than the ones of most of the video games out there. I have to admit that I was quite impressed after the bad quality of facial animations in AC2.
Ubi's obviously doing a good job with AC series in terms of improvements.
Oh man the game looks so epic that I can overlook the terrible lip-synching.
- Resistance 3: Maybe, the atmosphere looks good enough.
- MW3: Meh. Same old, same old.
- BF3: Meh. Generic FPS with overrated graphics.
- SW Old Republic: Not really into online games.
- Skyrim: Now we're talking.
Deus Ex HR = Win though.
Uncharted, Gears, GOW, Infamous and all the others say the otherwise, how about that?
Why red? I mean, wouldn't it defeat the purpose? Alcatraz would stick out like a sore thumb with that red colored armor, no camouflage value there. He has the stealth cloak and all but the friggin' thing runs with limited energy. Other than this logical fallacy the mod looks awesome.

Graphics and animations look quite impressive indeed. But the gameplay looks as dull as it can get. It's your average "run & gun" game, you have to do better than that if you want your game to be fun to play, you know.
