Lol I got Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen for $15 the other day at a discount store. U can't find it in a store for any cheaper either, I've looked. It had ps4 games for under $15 like Shadow of Mordor, Sleeping Dogs and The Evil Within. The fact that Bloodborne is now the same price as a 2012 PS3 game just shows how good that 2012 game was/is.
Even Saints Row 3 had one of those ending moments. It's become more common in gaming.
Ya and they already stated the Nx is a lot like the Wii. Aimed at casual gamers and not hardcore. So it'll be little kids and their families again. It's now the never ending cycle. 3 gimmicky consoles in a row from them. 4 if u count the DS.
What they need is a powerful console w the ability to do more without relying on the gimmicks. Get some more adult games on there. They have the ESRB for a reason. Let them rate the games and let the parents decide if their kids are mature enough to play them. Stop only catering to kids. That's the first step. NES and SNES games are still fun for adults today...Go back to having a wide audience.
Not really looking forward to any of these as shooters. RE7 isn't going to be a shooter. Gunplay is scarce. I hope 2017-2018 has a better shooter lineup. Need something new.

The only Capcom franchise I care about these days is Dragons Dogma. I gladly just paid $15 to buy the game again. It's the only rpg I want in the future. If I had a true Dogma sequel I'd be happy for a good 5 years. Just put in some new DLC once in awhile.
I'm done w cod. That series is dead to me. I'm ready for a new shooter to emerge in the next few years. Something more like "Black".
I wouldn't say ripped off but I will say that new games are the minority right now and remasters/ports are the majority. Some of my favorite games on ps4 have been either old ps2 games ported or remasters.
Why not rent it?
