CALL ME CRAZY but i really (no seriously) cant understand how you can have a game of the year, 3/4 of the way into a year. YOUR NOT CONSIDERING THE OTHER GREAT GAMES that will be coming like, resistance 2, FALLOUT 3, LITTLE BIG PLANET, and gears of war 2. Those games "might not have won game of the year but a couple of them would have definitely received a nomination.

it looks extremely realistic but honestley i don't fully understand what the game is even about. i saw the trailer and it looked cool, but how do you play? is it an interactive movie? is it open world or free roam? im just confused. But whatever it is it looks great.
Ya i admit that i havn't played Warhawk in months thanks to mgs4, call of duty 4, and oblivion. But after this patch comes out im going to jump right back in. cant wait to play my own music (full blast) while im flying through the sky shooting down everything in sight and obtaining trophies.
The article was okay (a little jumbled and missing a clear point) until i read the last line of the article, "all sales numbers courtesy of VgCharts." in order for the author to make a more clear and credible point he needs to pick a more credible source. Those numbers are off for both systems.

All Gamedaily seems to do is post ridiculous and needlessly controversial articles. they just want hits and most if not all of there articles seem uneducated and could have been written by a 4 year old.
I don't understand why everyone is saying that oblivion sucks, it was one of the best rpg games that i have ever played.
I don't know about fallout though i just cant see it being as addictive as oblivion was. I liked the environments and weapons in Oblivion and i don't think the crumbled scenery of Fallout could surpass it.
Admittedly ive never played a socom game, but ive heard alot about them. the game looks like its coming along well.

This is the type of sh** that i didn't want to see happen. i was a little upset when the 360 gained our exclusive (i wont lie) but after a little bit i was okay with it as long as the ps3 version wasn't held back for the 360. Now Square is holding the ps3 version until the 360 is completed, that's ridiculous, we've waited years for this game and now where going to have to wait a couple more for it to be ported to the 360. America probably won't see this game until late 2010, and that's too...

where are you getting these numbers from? The 360 hasn't even sold 25 million units, hell the wii hasn't either, how do you excpect the ps3 to sell over 9 million units by the end of the year. and resistance to sell 8-10 million units, THOSE are HALO/GTA4 numbers those games sold that much because of the 20 million dollar marketing campaign behind them. resistance doesn't have that kind of marketing or popularity. 10 million units! that means 2/3 of every ps3 owner w...
Sony is the king of delays there never ontime with anything. Life with playstation is like another home idea, it sounds good at first but constant delays quickly makes some people lose interest. Home was introduced 3 years ago, now it just seems like a myth you here about it but never get to see or play it for yourself.

to me cliffy B seems to care even more about getting attention than he does about promoting his game. he seems to want to give an opinion on everything. just because he made gears doesn't mean he can't shut the f*** up every once in a while.
even though i wont be getting gears 2, it still looks like a good game. resistance has the scale but gears is flashy. Overall resistance is a better game (imo) because of the 60m, 300ft aliens, and 8 player coop.

but seriously the only games that i have seen compete with crysis's graphics are Killzone 2 and MGS4. (Infact in some areas Killzone's graphics seem better.)

I just hope the North American Ps3 version doesn't get delayed because there porting it to the 360. they say that it wont, but its hard to believe they have enough people working on ff13 to split it up into two teams and not have any delays.
i wouldn't call halo 3 crap but its definitely not game of the year. it should have received an honorable mention at best. Halo 3 is a good game but there isn't enough new and exciting features to it. its a polish of halo 2 and therefore has a lack of inovation, its just slightly improving on a successfull formula.
REAL GAMERS KNOW THAT THE GAME OF THE YEAR GOES TO MGS4 I DON'T CARE IF I GET DISAGREES, THIS IS MY STRONG OPINION.
