That and quite a few other bosses from the MGS series could easily make the cut, but like you stated, I didn't want to choose multiple bosses from one franchise.
Definitely thought about it! A worthy nominee no doubt ;)
You had me running at the reference of Brute Force, LOL. I still remember promos for that game that said "Halo, eat your heart out".
LOL, for real...
Haven't played this one so I"ll check it out. Love a good platformer ;)
Looks fun!
LOL, definitely serious nostalgia on this one! I played Cool Spot for the first time on the Genesis. I saw it in action at a friend's house and was hooked for weeks =) Awesome platformer...
Can't beat some MGS ;) This Legacy collection isn't one to be missed. So much content at such a great price.
Still waiting on F-Zero, Star Fox and Metroid...but the Wii U is finally starting to release some great AAA software. Really looking forward to MK8 next year ;)
Looks like Shin Megami Tensei IV has been doing really well in Japan!
Two great picks!
It has potential for sure but I'll need to see a a bit more before I"m personally sold.
Fantastic graphics and features...definitely a must have launch title ;)
Those unfamiliar with Deadpool won't fully appreciate what High Moon Studios has done here. While it's a fun "beat 'em up" action game in its own right, the best part is how Deadpool's character is properly portrayed throughout the campaign. The majority of fans of his comics will absolutely enjoy it in my opinion ;)
Should be noted as well that it's $50 for the Xbox 360 and PS3 and $40 for the PC. At those price, its an even better bargain for ...
Can't ever have too much Contra ;)
Appreciate the feedback guys! We would have included Link and many other characters from Nintendo's lineup but didn't want to seem biased towards the big N ;) Breaking it down to Ten was tough, everyone will have their own personal favorites.
I agree with all the nominees everyone has listed up...so many to choose from so many generations of gaming. I will be sure and break it down by gen next time.
I think you'll have fun with this one ;)
Shadow Complex II would be awesome ;)
Tao Feng: Fist of the Lotus was a great fighting game with some of the coolest features for its time. One of the first to my knowledge to show in detail when you broke an opponents bone. The coolest part was they could keep on fighting but at an obvious disadvantage. Would look amazing on next gen hardware =)
One of my favorite SNES titles.
