I couldn't agree more. If memory serves me correct you are a bit of a fight fan. This was a visually impressive game but the fight engine was severely lacking and very simplistic. If they add significantly to this they might have a AAA title in the making.
Right now it's just a decent rental, which is how I played it thx to GF. They need to focus primarily on the game mechanics and only the game mechanics.

I want them to focus primarily on the game mechanics. Ryse already has a great story and I thought the length of the game was okay. I want the gameplay engine to evolve. It was WAY TOO SIMPLISTIC and needs more depth and precision timing. Give me that and I will be a happy gamer.

I meant the Skullcandy PLYR1 that zerog mentioned above. I read your review and that's the reason I am asking zerog specifically about the mic. That is the only reason I want a pair of headphones for the PS4, online communication. I have a dedicated gaming room so I can blast my surround sound as loud as I please without worrying about the wife and kids. I just need a good, and more importantly, comfortable mic.

I never go wireless when gaming. Also I even purchased brand new net cables just to rule out everything on my end. But ALL of my other devices that are connected to the net in my home are flying whether wired or wireless.
