Don't know about Dying Light but the difference between Dragon Age in 2K 60 FPS and the PS4 @ 1080p 30 FPS is rather noticeable. I completed this game on both platforms and the PS4 version while still fun, took a beating in terms of texture quality and draw distance. Not sure how you can expect a console with laptop specs to measure up really.
Classic PS4 fantard logic. Minor insignificant details between Xbox One and PS4 are huge, while massive advantage between the PC and PS4 doesn't matter.

Lol I stopped reading after "it had an interesting story" bit. Sorry but no. If The Order has an interesting story then so does Underworld and Transformer. This is root of the game's problem. It sacrificed everything for a Michael Bay plot line and it wasn't worth it.

If your idea of details is the PC's version of Lords of the Fallen with texture resolutions that are so high that intricate tiny carvings in your armor just leaps off the screen, then no, Bloodborne is not detailed.
But if you compare Bloodborne to Dark Souls 2 Remastered then the generation gap is clear. Plus FROM has never been know for their technical mastery, these guys are designers and in that aspect they hit a home run on...

How can Bloodborne starts the nextgen? We're talking about a game that requires your friend to enter a freaking password to join your game instead of just using a friend list like every other game out there. Bloodborne is many things. The herald of nextgen it is not.

Bloodborne is a stark contrast to The Order gameplay concepts. One told a tightly narrated but boring story which constantly took the game from your hands, the other is a wide open and challenging game which dare you sto survive with your skill and wit.

Darksouls 2 is coming out next week...not sure if I'm going to even bother. After Bloodborne I think I'm done with this genre now unless either FROM or another devs can innovate the genre a bit.

This is a From Software game, and if anything they are know for making multiplats version of the same game. The draw to milk money from the same engine is too hard for them to resist.
