I have had problems all day, but apparently the reason for the servers being down is because people are getting their hands on cracked beta codes (aka torrents), which means that people that aren't supposed to be playing the beta are playing it, which overwhelmed the servers, and this is the longest run-on sentance I have ever written.

He does not state that this will be taking place now, but when blu-ray becomes mass market.
This person is not advocating DD, he wants something that will leave less clutter, and a smaller more portable format like memory cards. Read the story before commenting rather than quickly scanning through the description, and then accuse him of backing DD. He mentions movie downloads but does not really talk much about it. It's obvious that he would much rather have the memory cards.
I only go to play 3 games before the servers went down. Never got to play on this map though.

This is completley unexcusable, I had this problem about an hour ago, but I got a different message scrolling across the top.
"We are experiancing heavy demand for the servers, so you may encounter some performance issues-We are working to resolve the issue, please stay tuned."
EA was in control of how many beta codes were going out and therefore they should know how many servers to set up.
It's coming out for both the PS3 and Xbox 360.
I'm sure it would greatly increase the amount of videos already on video marketplace also giving Microsoft a share of the profit made from them. I'm hoping it would get rid of that "This video is available until 5/16/08," so that you can watch older videos.
Whoops nevermind my mistake, for some reason the world clock on my cell phone didn't change for Daylight Saving Time so it was 50 min. ago, but I still don't see any codes.

No they were available for an hour, but the amount of keys were limited. The website was telling the truth.
This is one of my most anticipated games for '08. I can't wait for it to come out.

Why are you bringing up Burnout? I did not once state that in my above comment. I would rather listen to developer's facts than you. According to them the game will:
A. Be running at a constant 30fps all console versions
B. Not have noticible differences between the different versions
They also state that they do not have a lead platform. Just give it up, if you think the developers are lying then take it up with them.
That's better, but I disagree (I'm not going to give you a disagree though) as in the future discs will become an obselete form of storage just like records and VHS and cassette tapes. It will come, just not now.
