Highlight of this year's E3 for me.
People said exactly the same thing when they showed gameplay of first LoU. Scripted!! And it wasn't.
But this exactly it. You saw it and I saw it. What makes you think it is fake? How many times ND lied to us with fake gameplay, hm? How many times ND game didn't look or played as advertised?
How many PC players have PS4 and Switch? Care to elaborate? You say a lot and I say multiplatform gamers are a huge minority.

Do not mix quality of the format with quality of the games they showed. Games were amazing, format was rather poor.
Format was terrible but the games were amazing. For me Ghost of Tsushima stole the show.
