When I saw the trailer, I thought it was going to look stupid, but I have to be honest, Marcus and Dom don;t look out of place at all. They seemed to fit quite well.

It's amazing how this game has yet to get anything under a 9. BioWare must be really proud. I am very happy for them. I think this game will not be forgotten and will be a GOTY contender for sure. GTAIV released early in the year and got GOTY so I don't see how this game cant. At the very least it will get RPG GOTY.

I believe Lost Planet 1 had Frank West (Dead Rising) and Megaman and playable characters. This could be the same thing, just with Gears dudes.
I think it will work like this. If the game somehow detects that you are connected to the internet, you'll have to go through the login. If no internet connection is detected, I'm pretty sure you can play the game without the login. Quake 4 for the PC did this. I remember pirating the game when it came out. I had to actually unplug my modem to play the thing.
It doesn't matter if it's exclusive or not. What matters is it's being made by a western developer, so I have no hopes for this game being good. We're probably going to get another dud like Bionic Commando.

Monster Hunter Online was never an exclusive. It is on PC. Also, they already made an exclusive on the Wii called Tatsunoko vs. Capcom.
