They do it to combat used game sales. I have no problem with this since I always buy my games new. What I have a problem with is having an online pass.

Yeah pretty much. I got the game for free and I just play online and against my friend. After that, the game is stale. Fighting games need to change. Add like an Adventure Mode or something. I remember Soul Calibur II did that well I forget what the mode was called.
That's why I laugh. People mention like exclusives are the only thing to play. There are a lot of great multiplatform games that you can buy, no big deal.
Hypezone 3 is right. Shit plays just like COD. Fucking bore me to death. Gears 3 at least will be different.

I picked up Gyromancer for 400 MS points. Good deal. If you like Puzzle Quest, get it. And any Yu-Gi-Oh fans, pick up the Yu-Gi-Oh game if you haven't. It's pretty solid, but the online is broken. You can quit and it doesn't even count.
If you really think Namco won't scam you with DLC, go take a look at the Soul Calibur IV and Ace Combat 6 DLC. AC6 DLC is composed of like 50 plane skins for like $2 each. It's sickening to even look at.

KZ3 is the same COD dogshit of a game. At least Bulletstorm was refreshing, though the game is pretty linear. You take those skillshots away and u have a generic FPS.

To me, dedicated servers are not high on my priority list unless being a host gives you clear advantage for example in Gears. But let's say a game like Halo, that can live off P2P, I don't mind it.
