"RPGs are the epitome of story telling in gaming"
Thats a joke right?
RPGs may have a great story, but there are games like Bioshock Infinite, The Last of Us or Heavy Rain, which are much better in terms of story telling.
Are you sure that this game isn't an april fool?
Price and duration are irrelevant. If a game is good, it's good, no matter how much the price is and how long the game is.
It's about the deepest open world, so why are all people discussing the biggest open world here?
Mature games = art. It's simple as that.
Amy hasn't directed Uncharted 3&4 alone. She has done it with Justin Richmond. He is game director and she is (was) creative director, just like Bruce Straley and Neil Druckman. Justin Richmond is still the game director for Uncharted 4.
Half Life 2 is the most atmospheric game I've ever played... and Super Metroid.
Not the game is naughty dogish, the "game direction" is naughty dogish.
Double Post :-/
Trailer and gameplay footage were amazing! It's like a dream comes true.
I know, it still can fail, but i am confident after the interviews i've read. The game direction seems to be Naughty-Dogish. They're really focused! I like that!

Gaming's Oscars are already there, the DICE awards, they just need to be a show like the Oscars.
There are Academy Awards! The DICE Awards, presented by the Academy of Interactive Arts and Science!

My three choices:
Half Life 2
Secret of Mana
Super Metroid
My favourite Super Nintendo games are Super Metroid and Secret of Mana! Two of the best Games of all time...
The Award for best game direction of the generation goes cleary to Neil Druckman and Bruce Straley for The Last of Us! I like to compare them with the Coen Brothers, because there are many similarities to the outstanding movie No Contry for Old Men. TLoU is just as ambitious.
Super Metroid. Mother Brain.
I just want to see an Uncharted 4 action sequence. :-)
