This game sounds like it's gonna be great! more so than the first one!...You can race through water to cool your engine and thus boost for a longer period of time....now that's what I call interactive environments!!!
Who is still paying $40 for blu-ray these days?... C'mon now...Amazon has blu ray movies for $20, sometimes promotions like buy 2 get 1 free...so who is still paying $40??!!
Did he forget that the PS3 version has an editor and that soon we'll be able to share all of our creations w/the rest of the world? There'll be a ton of content for this game in a short period of time!
some of the user generated themes you can get for free online have multiple pictures for backgrounds. This means that every time you turn on ur PS3 you get a different background pic...or everytime you get out of a game back to the xmb, you get a different pic aswell. I've seen some w/up to 10 different backgrounds for the same theme.
All this sounds great...but i'm still waiting for online co-op!
It actually looks good! I don't think they are touched up either cause i can still see a small amount of jaggies in the vehicle wheels...nothing out of the ordinary though. Yeah I'll be picking this up for sure!! Free Radical hardly ever disappoints!
That's why you should get it for PS3, so you won't have to worry about crying like a baby!

There is one advantage to pre-ordering (at least in the US)...you get $5 off on the game if you preorder through Amazon.com. So, I preordered mine and am only gonna pay $35!
