I'm watching the conference now on Spike TV and Kinect is noticeably laggy, so much so that it almost looks pre-recorded though I don't think it is. It's just laggy.
How about spending that money on first party studios and more exclusives. Timed exclusivity is not moving forward. Still a nice addition for those with just a 360. I've not seen anything this year though that makes me want a 360. I'll stick with my PS3.
It needs to have Wifi built in, especially since both of its competitors have it. lol It also needs to have a standard SATA 2.5 harddrive built inside it like the PS3 so it can be swapped out cheaply instead of paying outrageous prices for more storage capacity. And the main thing it needs is a Wii-like failure rate-- aka: next to none. Both of its competitors have shown minimal failure rates while it has, for five years, been very unreliable.
You're right man. The Move has vibration and you at least feel some kind of tactile response. The Natal needs some kind of peripheral like the Move and WiiMote to give the player a connection to the game.
The Move will also have these Wii-esque games, BUT the kicker with the Move is that it's already announced as supported by hardcore games like LBP (I think 1 and 2) and Socom 4. I don't understand why they didn't make Bungie implement it in some way for Halo: Reach. That would have almost guaranteed success for them. That's why I like Sony's scheme better: they're giving us hardcore games with the option of Move as a secondary control scheme.

No, just kidding about that, but it would definitely be cool to see all three Mass Effects on one blu ray disc. It could be done if they wanted to. They could sell all three at once for like $120. I'd probably bite and others would too.
I loved all three of the Pirates of Caribbean movies. Hopefully this game delivers unlike so many movie-inspired games before it.
Here's to hoping all future first party titles implement this. It would also be nice if they'd lend this information to third party devs. to implement in their games. I'm sure games like Dante's Inferno or even MW2 could have benefitted from this.

Versus 13 better stay PS3 exclusive. I want to see what can be done by Square when they have less limitations. I want towns, airships, a world map, sidequests, etc. just like I had in my all time favorite game: Final Fantasy 8 (which I'm playing through again using my original strategy guide from long ago).

Dude most people are going to buy 2 Moves at the most. Some might buy more, but the majority will only buy 1 or 2. The Eye/Move bundle will probably cost $100 and an extra Move will be like $60. So that's $160. This article says Natal will be $185.
Maybe it's because he's probably right. I can see MS doing something like that. Throwing around high prices so when they release it at a reasonable price everyone thinks it's the best price ever. I'm not saying that's a bad idea for them. It's great marketing, but I still don't think Natal is going to be as great as some people like to think.

I can't wait to try this out. LBP 1 was awesome and had great creation tools. The community-designed levels were varied and great. I'm curious how the voice support will work, though. I see a lot of people taking advantage of that and putting all kinds of vulgar voices for their sackbots. I just hope the feature doesn't get removed. Being able to record custom voices will make the game soooo much better.
