Discrete Austin Powers reference? (Goldmember maybe?)

Anyway, at least Sony's patching older games and supporting new hardcore games for use with it. The same can't be said of Kinect.
Good try at downplaying the PS3. I give you props for effort. lol Gran Turismo 5 will be the biggest launch of ANY game this gen, probably. It WILL move PS3's without a doubt. There's so many people that have been holding out for GT5. Then there's Socom 4 and LBP2, which are both stellar games as well (just not as awesome as GT5).
Me too. I'm already done with Call of Duty. I'll play Cod4 until the servers are shut down and then I'm done. I'll play Killzone 3 and any other shooter I feel better than Cod, which is most of them. Of course, I'm getting very tired of FPS games anyway. Bring on my GT5 soon!!
And alot of other people. Normal people are not going to spend $150 for a Kinect and then $60 for a game for it, especially not the people it's targetting since many of the casual gamers it's targeting have a Wii so they'll need to buy a 360, Kinect, and a game, which best case scenario would be $400. I know people keep saying MS is going to release a Slim arcade with the Kinect bundled in for $300. I just don't see them doing that. Either way, even then it would be $360 (...
It really IS something special. A game like Heavy Rain pulls you in like no other video games currently can. You don't generally hear people saying Halo or Uncharted 2 "changed my life". Heavy Rain is a landmark for the merging of entertainment. You literally play the movie and the graphics are stunning.
It matters when you're spending upwards of $99 for a Kinect camera and then another full $60 for the Kinect games. They need to price their games for Kinect at the same price point Move games are going to go for: $40. $40 is a more reasonable price point for these casual games.
Damn LBP has got the most dlc of just about any game out. Media Molecule knows how to support their fans. I was soo relieved to hear that the LBP levels would work in LBP2. I'm glad Sony bought them out. They're great devs.
If they do it, the game better not cost more than $20 itself. Even still, I won't buy Call of Duty ever again. I'm probably not going to anyway.
Well, there's some people like me who ONLY have a PS3 still and want a little something different without having to buy a whole new console. Plus there would only be a couple games I'd want to play on the Wii, so that's why I don't get that instead. Plus, all the Move is going to cost me is the $50 for the Move and I'm buying Killzone 3 anyway to use with it. I already have the Eye and I'll use the left side of the DS3 for the navigation part. It's actually not...
The Move controller is cheaper AND, just as importantly, the games are only $39.99 instead of $59.99 for the Kinect games. And most people will only buy TWO Move controllers at the most, so don't go saying that "if you buy four then it costs a couple hundred dollars" crap either. MS will HAVE to lower the price of their Kinect games. It's just sad that they're so damn greedy. People will be getting ripped off paying a full $60 for a motion only game. I'm glad S...
If MS keeps allowing shitty demos like this to be displayed to the public, Kinect may fall flat on its ass after the initial early adopters buy it. People's perception of something goes beyond the initial product itself. If people see that Kinect doesn't work as well as it's supposed to, people's overall respect for the 360 as a whole may go with it. Plus, people have friends and family that they'll tell all about how they went and tried this new Kinect device out and i...
So Kinect hasn't had at least 50 articles too?? Stop being a jackass. About the article, it's good to see him changing his tune a bit. Move combines the best of Kinect and Wii and makes something better. I'm glad Sony is supporting the hardcore with it too. Socom 4, Resident Evil 5, Killzone 3, LBP2, etc.
No, it would still be utter shit even if it was a feature in GT5. We don't have to worry about that going into GT5, though, because Kazunori isn't going to dumb the game down by putting in a rewind feature. GT5 is a REAL driving simulator, The Real Driving Simulator.
FF 8 is the best FF, imo.
So, since it's starting to become the norm for movies and games to support 3D, it's "getting overrated now"?? You make so much sense, you know that? /sarcasm Stop being a jackass. If you think for one second that MS won't be supporting 3D in ITS next xbox, then you're sadly mistaken. You're just pissy that the PS3 is able to support it fully now.
Microsoft is doing a good job appealing to its core fans, but I still like how Sony brings to the table new and inventive IPs. LBP, Heavy Rain, and The Last Guardian all come to mind as new AAA IPs that Sony has brought/will bring to us. MS needs to step it up and get more exclusive titles like Sony does.
I can't wait for Move. I'm gonna get it to use with LBP2 and Killzone 3. I love how Sony is right away implementing it for use with its hardcore lineup, something the Kinect currently doesn't do. Of course, I don't see how you COULD use Kinect with something like Halo or Gears anyway with any real precision.
I think the better question is "360- To DVD or Not to DVD?" That's the real question. MS is in quite the position, isn't it. They'll either have to keep using DVD, go digital distribution, or swallow their pride and license blu ray for their NextBox.
Nah, I just meant console gaming. Only rich people can afford the up-keep PC gaming requires. I don't fall in that category, so PC gaming is out for me.
lol "I love goooold, the smell of it, the taste of it, the teeexxxture. I love gold so much I even lost my genitalia in an unfortunate shhmmelting accident..." lmao I knew that's what he was referencing. Yeah, sounds like Goldmember has a reason to hate the Dutch. haha j/k
Edit: "Moooolllleeee! Molie Molie Molie Mooooolee!!" haha
