lol i wish. the hitboxes were still normal. You had to aim for the lower part of the head with the snipe for it to work.

thats what makes it take skill. Its not CoD.. they dont die in one hit. Each fight is a battle to take the other guys health down and finish him off before he gets you. One mistake and your done. I used to love really long games.. but now I work a lot and have other things to do. That is why I end up playing online games more. just a personal preference. not an insult to the genre. I love the JRPG genre, I used to play them a lot. I beat every final fantasy, I even started the japanese only games.
guys, calm down... the game is very well made with a great story and gameplay. Thats not what I was saying. Im saying the sense of progress made it boring for me. I love the old star ocean games, and I have beaten dozens of JRPGS just as long as star ocean. Im allowed to have an opinion without being "dumb" using ad-hominid arguments just make you look "dumb" so try actually debating.

If GT5 had the customization of Forza, It would be the best racing game ever made. If the two companies combined, they would dominate the market for racing games. But sadly, they are exclusive titles. Good thing I have gamefly and both consoles :)

dedicated servers are being turned on in intervals. they are testing the game on p2p to find any issues or glitches for private matches, or even gamebattles. It is there beta, if they want to make us walk around an empty room, then we do that. and boring? only people that dont understand the depth of the gears multiplayer think its boring, the ones that cant wallbounce proficiently, or use a combination of moves to make your kill look cinematic and awesome. the gnasher needs no tweaking, I have over 2000 kills with it in the beta already, lack of skill does not mean unbalanced.
Its a BETA! they dont have the servers on fully yet, they want to test the game on a p2p setup. They have the right to do what they want, its their beta

the gnasher in gears 3 is just like gears 1s gnasher, only more reliable and actually more powerful. Ive gotten all 5 starting weapons to 4 stars (600 kills plus) and I can say that this is the most balanced game out there, every weapon can be used and you can really wreck people with every single one. Love the beta. level 34 :)
