Ive played 20 plus hours so far and a lot of the music is the same as II.. It is definitely ominous and gothic. the classic screeching noise is there still. like from the movie insidious.
I have played Allods Online, It was a great MMO, but I am more immersed in SWTOR. Tera looks amazing!!! And Guild wars 2 has my vote for the best of the best on the horizon.
I have a feeling you haven't even played the game.. Ive been playing for a week now and it does add a lot of new things. The combat is great, playing a smuggler and taking cover while blasting away, throwing grenades, or AOE attacks is awesome fun. The strafing in Gears is like no other game.
Gears of war was founded on the gnasher shotgun, If you do not like it, then play something else. That is like saying you hate halo 2 and 3 because the BR is the main gun of choice for hardcore players. Seriously, why are you people that know nothing of the Gears community, acting like you own it? We have been here since the beginning, and we will be here till the end. Using the Gnasher. Get over it and play a different game.

Seriously, you guys can't make a game yourselves. Would you rather they not fix the small bugs? Try making a game as massive as skyrim and finding every single bug. Impossible. So get over it and enjoy the game of the century.
I know the economy is bad and all.. but 10$? that is not breaking my bank, and my bank is not all that impressive. Just saying, Its not like some hobbies where it costs thousands of dollars to participate. I'm fine with paying 10$ every few months for content. seriously? The game starts off with a beheading, and there is already reports of being able to participate in cannibalism!! Oblivion was dark, but skyrim seems even darker. haha Remember the dark brotherhood in Oblivion? That is not kid friendly.
