FFXIII wins with: One of the best graphics ever!, if you give it a chance a pretty good story, interesting equipment system and lastly an amazing battle system.
Fallout 3 wins with: Large open world of awesome, more quests then I can keep up with, exploration of even a small house, an actual character building system that matters the whole game until the end (or DLC, speaking of which), DLC's and lots of enemies, not just a recolored more powerful version of an old monste...
I guess we will see in the open beta in around...5 hours.

You know I think this will actually be pretty great! FFXIII was a great game, just not a great FF game, now they saw what wrongs they did, so they can make it a whole lot less linear, a PS3 EXCLUSIVE, a less repetitive battle system and a world map! So I really want to see more of this.
Most likely its strong point is its gameplay, and its only being talked about Xbox, perhaps it won't be as sucktastic as they say on the PS3 version...hint hint...nah its gonna be the same.
Never have and never will do drugs but I do know that drugs such as meth or heroine are much more addicting the video games, drugs take over the body and mind and you can't do anything about it and stop without help, video games on the other hand are a much simpler thing, you need money to buy drugs, out of money? Get a small job, Computers or consoles need electricity, the electricity out? Wait it out...which is much easier.
Well thats nice, the PC gamers have been rather neglected recently on multiplatform games.
Hit detection is good, problem is that the only way of knowing if you hit is if blood is splattering from the enemy, but yeah, in less then 3 seconds I killed two guys with an burst assault rifle who were on different sides of me. No lag AT ALL!
