That's probably why there are more than one type of game made. Obviously, this is not your type game but millions of others do like this type. So they should not make it because of you? What they are doing its just basic business 101. Tell people that the pricecut is only temporary and they will bite and go out and buy your product. Whether or not this is permanent or not is another story. But when people "think" they are getting a deal then usually they go for it.

That could be the case but if a "contract" was signed, as one of your replies says, then wouldn't MS put the dates on it? I mean they knew that it was only temporary and ended a certain date. If you actually played any video games in your life you would know that the cut scenes are in real time. No "pre-rendered" cut can pan from the character to in game action in real time. Just look at the older footage. With pre-rendered cutscences, there is always some kind of pause or change of quality. But from someone born in the 2000s, I can understand the confusion. Maybe. What I find interesting is that the PS4 sold @ 590,000 for the week and X1 sold 760,000. I'm going by the latest updated numbers. So that's a 170,000 difference give or take. And we don't know the numbers for the entire month. So the balance has barely shifted according to these numbers. I could have sworn the PS4 didn't sell anything according to Major N's pics.....haha
Exactly. And I hope X1 did better. Man some of those deals were crazy. Like the one from Target where you get a $50 gift card on top of the $329 Assassin Creed bundle. If it didn't do better than something is wrong because all people see during that day is "price". For anyone just picking up a PS4 this holiday, they will have a lot of games to choose from. I'm actually glad that they aren't showing too much of the game. Companies now days show too much of game before its released. I find myself not looking at any news regarding games I really want.
