The article is from Newsxbox so I doubt it. It has affected some but not all by the looks of things.
Not sure if this relevant still but the 360 an One Xbox Live services are up atm. Experiencing occasional disconnects on Destiny but other than that - having a good time!

That's definitely the logical way of thinking about it. But I don't know. The console market can be unpredictable at times.
Not at the moment IMHO. Microsoft will probably reintroduce the dying piece of tech when VR inevitably takes off . Maybe then it will warrant a purchase from gamers (or me at the least).

There are more rocket launchers which have cluster missiles after the initial impact. The difference being here is that they track targets
To each their own. I prefer slayer ATM. At least Breakout makes Spartan Charge somewhat useful...
