The game will have a drop in quality. Both systems are different. One can do what the other cannot, just from that alone would force the games to be different. As with any high anticipated release their will be some initial hiccups even though I feel that a new game should not have bugs right out of the box or the developer relying on a day one patch (so irresponsible and lazy as far as I am concerned). These new features are cool as long as they are an added bonus and not a core need for us gamers to play the game.
That is actually fine bro because seldom does Best Buy sell out. They generally have plenty in stock. But Gamestop specializes is selling video games and this is a major game being released so how on earth could you be sold out as quickly as they do. I mean the first question they will ask you is if you reserved your copy. For a game like this it shouldn't matter because a lot of people are going to want to play it.
I would even go as far to say I guarantee Gamestop will be sold out...they are so inept when it comes to supply and demand its comical. Every other places that sells video games will have a copy.

Well its designed to sense your movements so you should have ample space to have a Kinect.
