might see a demo for games we already know about ie scalebound , crackdown , gears or halo . i hope we get a dx12 demo showing off the tech and afterwards they say by the way that footage was from an upcoming xb1 game .
if they can get a redesign ready for next christmas and sales stay strong , might be a good candidate for a slim uncharted bundle at $399 , then a price drop after next christmas . i just don't see an unwarranted price drop without sales pressure forcing it , they can only manufacture so many units per year . if they force greater demand than they can fill they can't even make up the potential price drop in other ways .(games/services)

my opinion this game is going to be decided on how good the story is , if its interesting people will put up with and dismiss mediocre combat to get to it . if its not its just another 3rd person shooter with nothing to make you want to advance thru the game .
same reason bubbles were being taken away right and left for anyone who even raised even mild concern about driveclub , they are both big sony exclusives and people don't want them to fail , even if the warning signs are there . whether this game lives up to the hype we'll seen in a few weeks .

@OB1Biker no company charges less for a product thst is selling as fast as they can manufacture it . if sony is smart they do a ps4 slim revision and keep the same price , if they did anything else i'd sell my sony stock immediately .
we might see a slim ps4 but why on earth would they drop the price and not just take the profits , then maybe add a game to a slim bundle and finally when demand slows drop the price .
ms had an event for the media yesterday showing ori , screamride and State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition , embargoed until tuesday i believe . then more on games that are further off on wednesday's from the big ms event (hopefully) . next week should be a great week for xb1 news !
@No_Limit probably shows allot of confidence in their lineup to move the Forza announcement to an auto show and not save it for a gaming event .
why are they reducing the price ? have they stopped selling well ? take the profit until the market demands a price drop with their buying habits . if they design the new shell so its cool and sexy charge the same price until they need to throw a game in the bundle and even then keep charging the same price until sales slow down .
agreed won't respond until they see a sales dip , jobs are on the line to get the yearly forecast back into profit .

i'm shocked they didn't claim the huge success and say we're expanding it to other markets ,canada , UK , australia at the very least , even if they don't want to provoke sony in europe or asia (or risk looking bad if sony still out sells them)
spinning off is possible for both sony and microsoft , but they only do it to make more money , its done from a position of strength . selling brands that are so synonymous with the mother company makes no sense for them or the potential buyer .
selling and spinning off are not remotely the same thing , not that either is going to happen .

i've been in the preview program from the start and its nice to be thanked , its also amazing how few problems i've had with all the update , credit to MS programmers i guess .
its the first console i've owned that i use every day , and after using it for a year i wouldn't be without it .
that would be a massive get for ms
if i could easily stream my steam list of games to my xb1 and use my xb1 controller , that would make me buy windows 10 day 1.
