"please provide me with one developer that offers free content updates that don't have loot boxes or microtransactions"
Nintendo?
How was this approved? lol
Something about keys, darkness and hearts. And then Tarzan shows up and you race him
I agree with this. Game pass looks good from the outside, but in reality it seems more like Trojan Horse for micro-transactions in games they knew weren't going to sell
This is from Laura Kate Dale, who leaked that Mario + Rabbids game. I reckon this is probably true
Microtransactions are BS in any paid game, it's not a pissing contest
Microtransactions don't belong in paid games.
It's only on game pass because it's going to have a "premium" store. This game will have some BS currency or something related to microtransactions.
Bloodborne is pretty much the best the genre has to offer though
This franchise has been about doing the bare minimum you can get away with from day 1. Such a cynical and hollow shell of a game that could have been genuinely brilliant.
Kinda missing the point there EA
I think Dragon Quest especially will do well
This is a good article. Basically talks about how Monster Hunter is a not a cynical game unlike others.
Monster Hunter is a game built around loot for fun and replayability, it's not built around loot for the sake of buying "engrams" or lootboxes or card packs. Ugh
Yeah I'm glad Monster Hunter doesn't offer "player choice" *shudder*
Hey Sony feel free to give Europe something for once, there's actually quite a few of us.
@DillyDilly
Overwatch alone proves that your statement is wrong. People DO care about cosmetics, and it can be a huge part of a game.
Cosmetic only in free to play like Fortnite? Go for it
Cosmetics locked behind randomised loot boxes in a game I've already bought? How about no.
That list is weak AF lol. Never even heard of Ashen.
Knack sucks but I'm pretty happy with Rime
Lol wtf. Random insecure Bayonetta name drop xD
+1 for Soul Sacrifice. There are dozens of us! Dozens!
