Never agree with these lists. Credit where its due with games like Ocarina of time and Mario 64 but Nintendo aren't the only company that make good games

It's probably because towards the end of last gen "linear" became a dirty word, so everything went open world and Ubisoft shat out an open world game every 5 minutes. But in reality games like Bioshock are still brilliant and worth so much more for the most part.

The email doesn't give us anymore information than the blog post. It didn't tell us we were only getting two ps4 games post march 2019, and it didn't tell us if these games were going to improve in quality since we're only getting two.
Right now we're going to be four games down and Sony have done literally nothing to explain how this is anything but a downgrade.
Not really overreacting. Sony haven't handled this well. They slipped it in at the end of the PS plus post when really it should have had its own post, it's a big deal.
Then users had to go polygon of all places, to find out that we'll be getting 2 games per month after they ditch the ps3/Vita games.
Right now as of March 2019 were simply losing 4 games, will these remaining 2 be of higher quality? We don't know, and we don't know beca...
I imagine they'll give it another try with a new game, that will probably bomb too and then eventually it'll go the way of Castlevania Suikoden, Gradius and Contra.
Amazing game, well ahead of its time. I feel lucky that I got to play it in its prime when the series was brand new and the mechanics were unheard of. Messages and invasions are standard fare now but it was really scary to be invaded back then. Dark Souls and Bloodborne are incredible but there's a special place in my heart for Demon's Souls.

Are you kidding me? Microsoft have been riding on the goodwill of backwards compatibility for the best part of the generation. They've got their mileage out of BC that's for sure, and then some.
