I was just thinking today. Splinter cell conviction has no hype whatsoever. The game wouldnt have fared to well if it came out this year. Smart on Ubi's part. On a side note i remember how xbots used to say all PS games get delayed blah blah this is waiting blah blah. Mass effect got pushed back, too human pushed back, and now splinter amongst others. Am suprised bioshock wasnt pushed back.

I also noticed that the sneakin was well improved also the CQC combat thing looks like 10 times more realistic. I mean wow. Don't see why everyone is reporting this. If you can approve 5 reason to hate xbox or ps3 you can definetly approve this. Its still just a guy/site stating his opinion on gears.
I have nothing against gears its a fantastic game and i love it. But this site is a little overly biased. I expected to get some reports on this but not this many. I wouldnt approve such an article but similar articles have been approved so i wonder why gears is being cuddled
the 2007 one didnt play that great to me. at least not as good as 2006. lets hope they imporove in 2008
hot shots golf seemed nice but just not buyable for me. I am seriously considering nascar. Not a fan of nascar but i love racing games and am waiting for dirt, burnout and gran turismo to hit. So till then i can just maintain with nascar.
You misunderstand. The japanese like sports that they play. Some baseball games fare well there and i disagree with you completely on the racing. Ridge racer, Gran turismo. I don't really expect halo to boost the sales of 360 over there too much. Expect lost odyssey to have a more profound effect
i agree with fisher. When you make statements like "with every 3rd party title that really matter coming to the 360" (MGS IV & FF13 these two will own 360's biggest 3rd party exclusives mass effect and bioshock) i can't help but feel the decision was still biased unless maybe he meant exclusives this year then that makes sense then 360 totally takes it but just a lot closer this year
Ps3 sales sluggish when they are pretty much selling the same as the 360 in the same time frame. It would also help if they actually tossed ps3 owners some games such as lost plant and dead rising instead of giving away exclusives like RE and DMC. But oh well companies like capcom that always have something negative to say about the ps3 and never anything positive we will see where there will be at in 2yrs time. yea we know already. If they sell well great, keeps MGS4 exclusive and all that. Plus more people get to try great games like heavenly sword and lair. Howver enough is enough. The ps3 is doing well and i think we have all gotten the message. Stuff like this should not make news
I too am skeptic. I never doubted their ability to deliver on a visual front or story front either. I am however very skeptical on the gameplay. Not very sold on tha 6 axis motion and a game based on just flying i don't know. Would have loved to have been able to get off the dragon and duke it out. The gameplay could be good/bad regardless i will be purchasing this game. By the time it comes out i won't have any new ps3 game to play so i hope its good
I completely agree. The online for this game might not be to good but it is nice to have especially since it will be free and won't delay development. Most gamers of today especially xbox gamers will only rent a game as good as heavenly sword since they can finish it in a couple of days and there will benothing left to do with it. the target was to double their sales and they did so it isnt low its more than a 100% sales increase. It only seems low when comparing it to 360 sales which has tons of games and is at least a 100 dollars cheaper still than the ps3
