rockband competes with guitar hero. If rock band is timed am jst gonna go buy guitar hero that simple. However i have both consoles so i will probably buy it on 360 however i see no reason why other ps3 owners wouldnt simply go for guitar hero after guitar hero is cheaper plus 200 is a tough sell. rockband needs to establish itself over guitar hero though so taking msofts money might not be wisest at this point

dmc4 started development on the ps3 long before 360 so i don't see why sony shouldnt get dmc as well. I wasnt aware mercenaries 2 was alredy confirmed. is it?

jroamoa. This is actually what msoft needs to reduce those failure rates. Anything higher than 10% is unnacceptable for a console that plans to sell millions. However if these new chips dnt reduce these rates below 10% then 3yrs of warranty still isnt enough

You don't seem to understand 33% failure rates is a high issue. M&S wants to guarantee their customers reliable high end tech gear and it wouldnt be financially wise for them to include the 360 in their 2 yr reliability plan. this could mean a decline in xbox sales. I mean as a consumer even if i get 3yrs free warranty a 33% chance of failure is just too much of a risk for me. I am pretty sure other retailers refused to stock them or at least threatened because if i buy a 360 from lets say target and it breaks it not only makes msoft look bad but target too. i wouldn't take this as confirmation as no mgs for 360 but if msoft dosent announce it at E3 then i'll take that as confirmation. 360 might get a port a yr after it hits ps3 lol and i wouldnt care being already content with playing and finishing the game a year earlier

haha i totally guessed that one before i even saw the red ps button. New ps ships wit rumble controller automatically makes the 80GB a little more valuable if you care about rumble. Instead of buying the 60Gb then having to buy another game then another rumble controller when it hits. I on the other hand am just happy they got in rumble

20GB means nothing. However if motorstorm is a game you actually want to play some people might go for it. As long as they arent loosing to much money of it i doubt it will be discontinued quickly and i expect to see more bundles and not just motorstorm. Maybe resistance or ninja gaiden
