Oh I know all of that. It's just that I see this "character" as a joke. People get hyped for a new character (that didn't appear in SF x T, like the other four), and they just get a sighlty modded clone of Cammy. It's like 85-90% Cammy! For me, it's an insult.
Capcom: Umm.. we need something new to get people to buy another version of Street Fighter 4... Oh, a new character!! But I can't waste too much time on that... Meh, I'll just use Decapre. She's basically a Cammy re-skin.
I have no problem with top-down Zelda games, but I guess it should be left for rare cases or on handhelds, while console titles should keep the standard 3D worlds we've had since OoT.

Well, I'm all in for Sanke's return. That way, we'd have representants from Nintendo, Sega, Capcom and Konami (man, feels good to write that). But with the last MGS game on Nintendo platforms being Sanke Eater 3D (which is a great game), and no plans to bring MGSV or any other port to the Wii U, it's possible that we may not see him (because of businees... T.T)
But Sakurai and Kojima get along well, so maybe there's a spot left for the tactical espionage v...
