Considering they managed to put a fan in a completely closed box and expect it to cool the components down, OUYA really must be groundbreaking.
I'd say the final score of this review is rather... unfitting, if you compare it to the rest of the review. After all of the praise reviewer gave for the combat, art style and such, I'd think he'd give it a 7 at the least. Even the "final thoughts" part seemed like he was going to give it an above average score.

Kamiya has nothing to do with Rising. He's probably working on Bayonetta 2 at the moment.
He simply states his opinion on an article that looks at the combat mechanics of the game. Why are you getting so riled up because he's stating his own opinion? This isn't even a review of the game itself as a whole.

You forgot to add how approachable it was. Especially with the difficulty settings... While DmC fails to provide a difficulty level that would satisfy people who want the game to be a lot more challenging than it is, even with Dante Must Die difficulty level, which is barely half of what DMD was in 3.
Honestly, at this point, it's become ridiculous so I'd say it's time to just let go. Who cares about what some "journalist" thinks about people who don't like the game or how he sees the ones with actual complaints and the ones who just hate for the sake of hating as one group? I mean look at this;

Well, if you don't take 1-3-4's characters and story for their face value, the story and the character development (however small the arcs may be) are great. Again, this is if you consider story to be there for the sake of providing an excuse for the gameplay.
