I personally loved the game but also would've appreciated if they kept the inventory system as it was in Mass Effect. Other than that, its just your choice to like or not like it of course.

Look at the date please. 14th of June 2010. About 6 months later of the game's release. You probably checked the demo page from Steam like I did and saw the release date as January 29th. But it isn't.
I'm an owner too and I was gonna wait for E3 2011 to see if I'm gonna ditch it or not as my main console but I see now that I don't have to wait that long. I heard its gonna "fully" support Kinect too.
Also, the Xbox 360 and PC demos were released a couple of months (6 months I think) later of the game's release. So they're probably using the final code while PS3 demo's been released before the PS3 version's launch. We might see a couple more improvements. Anyway, in my opinion, they look pretty much the same and that's a great thing. Finished it on both PC and 360, gonna do the same for PS3 version.

Only the textures. Performance wise, it was one of the worst ports of this generation. Hiccups, longer load times, etc. Even auto save logo was sitting on the screen for like 10 seconds sometimes. BTW, Bioware didn't develop Dragon Age for PS3 and Xbox 360. Edge of Reality did (ported actually). Anyway, I'm gonna wait till I see the game for myself before deciding.
