I thought it was also coming for the PSP before it got cancelled. So, I think there's hope for a PSP2/PSP Phone version. Anyway, can't wait to see how playing an F2P MMO going to be like on the PS3.
I truly have no idea about how this thing got approved. It's just a video of two opportunists, trying to promote their new website. Its not gaming related, at all. They're just sitting there talking about how they like cats, Mass Effect, Fable, Fallout etc, while randomly cursing. If you want to promote your website, create it, add some content and post the interesting ones like reviews to N4G.
Such a coincidence. Jim Sterling's latest Jimquisition video is about people b*tching about The Last Story being on Wii only.
I've never encountered anything gamebreaking after the latest patch (I guess it was 1.02) and I don't think it affects the game in a bad way like some people says on the Bethesda forums. As I said, the only major problem with the PS3 version is load times and hiccups (FPS also drops when you encounter more than 6 enemies but that happens rare too), that's all.
Ramen for a year if you ask me.
PS3 version's still got some serious load time and hiccup problems. Hiccups might be ignored but load times range from 10 to 50 seconds when you're NOT downloading something at the background. It's a shame really.
Oh, I'm really sorry then. I've noticed it too after watching that part a bit more carefully.
Excellent review. Which version of the game did you've played for the review BTW?
It spells Kaidan wrong? What? Mark Meer is the guy who voices male Commander Shepard and you're saying that he spelt Kaidan wrong? Also, comic doesn't covers a lot. It never mentioned about Nihlus, and how he got killed by Saren, etc. It doesn't have smaller choices (which's consequences can be seen in Mass Effect 2 and probably in Mass Effect 3) like killing or letting Fist live. It doesn't give you much information about characters that you can have romance with. It just...
Can someone please put this guy out of his misery?
I'm not saying that I'm against looting or D20 combat system. Hell, I loved KoTOR and KoTOR 2 for its D20 use. But a game doesn't necessarily have to have those things I've mentioned to be a true RPG. Choices and consequences are what matters in an RPG game. And since Mass Effect gives you the option to carry your choices from game to game, it's unbeatable in that area.
If you think an RPG is a game with a regular inventory system, a dialogue tree, lots of looting, etc. Go play classic RPG's. Mass Effect 2 is more RPG than most of the games out there with the RPG game label. What matters is choices. Not, having a D20 combat system, tons of loot and an inventory system.
They didn't changed anything about combat. It's still the same, only a bit faster. In Origins, it had a turn based feeling to it eventhough it wasn't. In Dragon Age 2, when you press the attack button (A/X/Mouse Click) or execute talents, Hawke is going to perform them much faster. That's all. It's still the same game, it's still an RPG.
Nice preview but it didn't provide any worthy new information. Anyway, can't wait for the release.
In Dragon Age, you had the option to have relationships with the characters from same sex. It didn't matter who they are or what they are. You just had to gain their approval. And from what I remember from an interview, they were going to do the same for Dragon Age 2. So, I think it'll be the same as Dragon Age. But the best bet is, wait for the games release before getting excited since the main character is a predetermined human named Hawke. They might make "relationships"...
Like they did with Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age: Origins right? This has become the main excuse to blame the company that you don't like nowadays. Both Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age takes tens of hours to complete (I completed my Warrior playthrough in more than 30 hours and didn't do most of the sidequests). Especially if you are going to do all the side quests in Dragon Age Origins, it might take more. Not to mention you have the option to play as a Warrior, Mage, Rogue and also have...
I think string bikini would look better on Chloe. Oh and while you're at it, please add a bikini wearing Sully skin ND. BTW, IMDB is not a reliable source when it comes to game characters. Before the release of MGS 4, its IMDB page was showing a character named "Liquidus Snake". Though, I'm pretty sure Elena will definitely be in the game, considering she's a fan favorite.

Besides having a "not so good" web browser (which can and I'm sure will be fixed easily). Nothing.
"...the Xbox 360 is selling far better now than the PS2 was at this point in it’s life cycle (In the US)".
IN THE US. Xbox brand have always been catered mainly to the US market while PlayStation aimed the Europe and rest of the world. It's not a surprise. Just ask a couple of kids and teenagers what they want most. You're probably gonna get "Xbox/Xbox 360" as the answer in the US.
From your download list (or download history). I've downloaded Ragdoll Kung Fu from PSN a couple of months ago, when SPRINT was giving it away for free on US PSN Store. I can still access and download it from my PSN download list without having a problem.
