He could be talking about the fact that it's half the game the last Forza was minus the shiny new graphics. I prefer Forza over GT, but when it loses half its content, a 9 is a joke of a score. The game is a solid 7, that's a B grade here in Canada and a worthy score, looking forward to the next one when all that lost content is returned.

Would you consider that one of the most groundbreaking sequels? Don't get me wrong, great game, but was it miles ahead of Galaxy 1? No, it wasn't. Actually, the argument could be made it took a step backwards.
