i wouldn't call that dirty. if a game launches on on your console a year late and hasn't been improved in any way then people won't be happy so it makes sense that if a game is late for any length of time it should come with extra content or improvements

theres no reason why it should suck on PC then. locked to 30 FPS and any attempts to unlock it will cause a bug making the game go twice as fast and messing up with the physics. seriously a game locked to 30 on PC?
