I can't imagine Quantic Dream being bought. Even if Sony promises some kind of liberty, it just sounds weird.

But comparing what Nihilistic did and what GG is about to deliver with Killzone Mercernary they can see that it is worth to get a proper studio.

IMO playing online during the initial hype is really pleasant. So, I would go with Killzone first.
Seriously, Sony made a mistake showing few exclusives titles. As a PS3 owner, I know they will come and kick ass, but they should have shown at least 2 more. Or a gameplay for The Order 1986 and one game/trailer more.
