I want it so much for consoles...
Not getting excited about this feature, but I think you made the best point.
Sometimes your wife/GF just want you beside her as she watches some program you don't really care. So the remote play can be a nice thing. At least for games not so complex, with not such a strong story (you will have to play in low volume or use only one ear of a headphone).
At the same time, you can just play Vita games, not PS4. It is a good opportunity to me, since my Vita ba...
And Wii outselling both o.O
I wonder how long these people who are getting the PSP now will take to get a Vita.
Specially since lots of them are hacking the PSP, so there is a potential huge backlog for free.
Vita outselling PSP!!
So... WiiU is a new console. Great they are advertising it. Incredible how many people simply don't know it.
(and with the risk of being repetitive: Just remove the region lock and I order today from Amazon...)
I don't get it too
- If I'm Skypping, I give full attention to the person I'm talking too.
- If I'm gaming, I give full attention to the game, I don't watch TV.
I'm only glad to see MS pushing exclusives again. However, it is going through the same route of 360: 3rd party exclusives: Respawan, Remedy, Crytek, Capcom, Insomniac...
Who's offended anyway?
Sure I would. I would have to decide what to do with a second Vita though.
Maybe give it to my GF or to a friend that I know will play it.
Or.. I could use to have a dedicated second account. Swapping accounts on the Vita is a pain. And the region locked online passes don't help either.
And first time I read "stream steam games" for one second I thought about accessing your steam account and installing the game on your handheld... lol
Totally!
And low-end PC owners would also appreciate don't have to worry with install problems, directx, drivers, Windows versions and weird crashes. (For high-end PC owners these little issues I mentioned are usually easily managed).

I played both on consoles and, imo, the difference between COD and BF3... is that BF looks way better =)
No fps issues for me. Guess I'm lucky then :)
All this TV talk and I don't even have an antenna...
I really can't... sorry
I can reduce the framerate on my PC (midrange) or watch the downloaded 1080p videos for comparisons... nothing.
Example: both are the same imo: http://25.media.tumblr.com/...

I agree, but as I can't tell the difference between 30 and 60fps, I would prefer increased details over frame rate
Please, don't call Vita an accessory...
Vita is way more than it
Edit: Headline as accessory and text as "not exactly" doesn't help either
And it is on the go if you have internet on your Vita, a bit unlikely for flights, trains, buses...
Open world games, RPGs and JRPGs...
I remember putting move-find-item on Final Fantasy Tactics and walking over all the places in all maps.. This was not funny, it was compulsion.
Luckily, I'm much more oriented to single-player, linear story driven games now.
Deadpool has a similar style and it is also repetitive, but I still had lots of fun (probably the game I most laughed my entire life).
Warframe can be a good game to play once and while, like, in between major releases, otherwise you'll get sick of farming
I prefer 2D, though "LittleBigPlanet 3D" would be a good name.
If they (Sumo Digital?) can add local co-op in 3D I think I would be fine. LPB is a nice game to play with GF
