Suddenly I'm excited for Watch Dogs 2 reveal. And I personally would love the return of Aiden Pearce, but he better be way more characterized and better written. Else I'd prefer a new protagonist. Maybe Jordi Chin. He's perfect.
Too late for this article. I played it, liked + hated it. Now it's deleted. Even thinking of the game now sends a churn in my stomach reminding me of all the annoying terrible things I went through the game. The game's a complete endurance test.
There is a secret group of Ubisoft haters. They are Assassins. Bcos Ubisoft are Templars (Abstergo entertainment is really the Montreal office)

The Four Commandmesnts before buying new AC games
Commandment #2-
2. Thou mustn't leap before looking. (Do not buy the game before reading embargo-ed reviews and DO NOT Pre Order unless you want to fancy yourself with an April Fool's joke)
Okay. Sorry. I respect yuor opinion now. But analysis shows that Connor was the best written character (Best written. Not best as a character). He was characterized more realistically than Ezio. Ezio had a great deal of plot holes and inconsistencies. But in terms of likeability, yes Ezio is the 'most liked' character.
Connor was a bad character? Seriously? Many of the people now like Connor over Ezio. Just read this:

Anyway, Lows of AC games: Annualization, bugs, short story length, cluttered side quests on map, a 'Brash and CHARISMATIC!' character, a hype building E3 demo (0% similarity with final product), lack of focus...
I just want a very long main story. AC Unity and Rogue were insanely short in terms of story length. Maybe make it 5 times as long as AC2.
He looks like Ghost rider. So it shows how Snake becomes a villain? Breaking Bad easter egg!
Demos don't always represent the final game. The Witcher 3, All Ubisoft games and many more released downgraded product though their demos were hype building. So this time Ubisoft showed a non-hype building demo so no one can compare it to final game and begin a downgrde conspiracy. I say Ubisoft's AC Syndicate demo is a smart move..
Assassin's Creed: Redemption (of Ubisoft)
The entire story of this game takes place in only ONE YEAR (1868). So they will have a LOT of problems in creating historically accurate deaths of asssassination targets. I suppose if we do a little research in Wikipedia, we'll find out how many influential persons died in A1868 London. They should have at least expanded to multiple cities- giving more freedom, freshness and more targets plus a better journey. Instead we are stuck at a stagnant London and that's also for one year only...

They never do that. And the engine is not modified for that this time.
Else Ubisoft will end up like Adolf Hitler.
AC games were supposed to be single player only from the beginning. Because it's a historical action adventure game that focuses just as much as on story telling and entertainment as much as on historical education.
DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO HYPE!
It has potential to be far better due to early playesters being hired this time. They even have more playtesters to tweak and improve on every mechanic.
Then stop buying them. Every game in succession comes with slight improvements. So if you play an AC game after skipping 5 years of AC game, the 5th year game will appear riadically different from the first game. If you played AC2 and gave a 5 year break, then 5 years later played AC Syndicate or Black Flag, you'd see HUGE improvement from your own perspective while those who bought every game annually will say "AC games are STAGNANT!"
No. A game should cultivate it's ow ideas. Borrowing from other games will cause it to lose it's originality. I think every game should get creative and incorporate their new and fresh ideas.
And the amount of time invested that exceeds recoded history. Unless you count BC (Before Christ). BC time length increases in the opposite direction. And it's length... unknown right?
