I'm in the same situation as most folks; there is simply no way in going to nuke my current gen backlog (never mind the new stuff) in time for the next gen consoles.
You're right - alot of them are, but the article was directed at folks who game on current gen consoles and who wouldn't be terribly familiar with PC gaming.
Brilliant game this - loving every minute so far!
Yeah, the PC version should be pretty fantastic too I reckon.
Quite a divisive game this!
I wonder how I'll find it when I eventually get around to it?
Sadly, I think 'Xbox 180' has become the latest buzzword (I shamelessly used it I must admit) :)
Yep, they have a lot of work to do still. The next year should be interesting!
I loved the first game; really hoping that the final version is streets ahead of the E3 build!
Its a positive development for them certainly - means that all the good that they're wanting to do elsewhere will no longer be tainted by all this BS.
Nice review that!
Certainly brings back fond memories of the quarter-guzzling arcade that's for sure :)
I totally agree!
As they did for many people. Some folks looked at that as the main part of Sony's presser; I prefer to think of it as the icing on the cake :)
I can't blame them for plucking that low hanging fruit that MS left for them to be honest, but even without that, I thought they had a very strong showing.
It also helps that the PS4 itself is a stronger piece of hardware (more grunt, upgradeable HDD etc.)
Regardless of the format, more goodness from Harmonix is not something to be sniffed at.
Strong recommendation, need to free time up for this I think.
Nice review! When I get some free time this looks like it'll be a fair bit of fun.
About what I expected that given while fun, the game has inherited a crap load of shabbiness from its predecessor.
Roll on Dying Light!
5/10 isn't quite low enough to dissuade me from getting this; I just really love the setting.
It really is something special.
I cannot wait for the 14th also!
This gave me a much needed early morning laugh :)
