Good enough reason, but they should at least post a pic of the system. The PS5 is starting to feel like a kickstarter scam. In another six months we'll get a post from Jim Ryan apologizing for the lack of updates but he's been going through a lot right now and needs to focus on his mental health so the PS5 is indefinitely on hold. He's spent all the money so there will be no refunds.

"Successful" as in suddenly change the game into an MMO and ignore single player content and change your business model to just selling shark cards? If so then yes I'm sure they can do that again. However if by "successful" you mean make classic Vice City type games I don't think they'll try.
I hope someone keeps this alpha version and others before it safe for future historians. It will be fascinating to come back and look at all of this stuff after all of the lawsuits, criminal investigations, crowdfunding site collapses, and inevitable suicides work their way through. It will be like having the meeting recordings of the Enron scandal while it was happening. I wonder who will play Chris Roberts in the film?

This must be one of those Mandela effects; cause I've never heard of *anything* mentioned in this article. Complaining that a game that no one knew existed has been cancelled in order to push a new game that a year from now no one will have heard of....I'm not that concerned.
