the funny thing is kinect is a better fit for games like dungean hunter. point and click like like diablo woulb be a perfect match. gameloft are excellent dev and i love their iphone games.
Well the cost of materials in the 360 and ps3 is probably 100-150 max. If kinect materials are 56, then they add 44 for software, then 50 for assembly and profit thats about right. That is 56 without software, assembly, the cost of aquiring the tech exc.
Great read! I love all rpgs and while not as many this gen, there are a few gems. I loved Lost Odyssey also, and Blue Dragon while kind of generic, was Excellent. Magna Carta 2 has one of THE BEST battle systems ever. I love the strategy of stamina and overdiving charaters for chains. I was soooo hyped for it also. You know ea said that isnt true right. There is no 6 hour mission just a comic book to cover the first game. Honestly the ps3 is the WORST console for rpgs this gen. I thought it would be different but the only good rpg is demons souls.
Well there were only like 2 or 3 so far, the 360 has around 10 so far and thats non kinect titles. Ps3 had Gow3 and will have GT5 so two juggernaughts but nothing compared to 360.
Alan Wake was epic. I love good stories and stephen king though. I still say it was the best game this year alongside mass effect 2 and maybe red dead. Its sad most people said flop and claimed it sucked without giving it a chance. It was overshadowed and under advertised.
warrior within was epic. I loved the switching through time for puzzles element. And that big monster chasing you. Great memories.
Yep there are stand alone kinects and bundles where i live. When i was there though a few people were buying it. This was at 8pm 4-5 days after it came out and they were pretty excited.
Maximum Carnage and Separation Anxiety were both top notch.

Star wars could work just point where you want to go or at an enemy then use powers and your lightsaber. Id much rather see a kotor/like game that plays like diablo intead of clicking just point. Your hands would replace the mouse. EPIC.

Their games dont suck(maybe ff14 idk), they have some epic games this gen. The Last Remnant was great, Star Ocean 4, FF13(underwelming but good), Infinite Undiscovery(one of my favorite games), Nier, Birth by Sleep, Crisis Core, And FF13VS looks GREAT. People hate sqaue now because half the games i listed are only on 360 or had a year exclusivity. Their games still rock. I loved every game i listed up there. This profit loss means FFVS13 will be ported to 360. They need to make more money.
Just came fom walmart looking into a 52in tv and i saw one guy buying kinect sensor and a few looking into bundles. It will sell great through th hoidays. Once black friday comes they will be hard to get. I still want an ipad fyi. Shouldve gotten one instead of this laptop.

Im sorry but i have ZERO interst in gran turismo. I had gt3 never played it, had psp gran turismo, never played it. They are boring. I recognize if you enjoy racing sims you will love it as its a quality game but hnestly its so damn dull. 90 percent of the people on here that hype it do so because its a big exclusive, they think if you have a ps3 you have to like it, hell i have a 360 and dont really care for halo lol.
Well im glad more people get to play it but i doubt the comic can do mass effect justice. The story was amazing and when you find out the citidel is a warp thingy and the reapers are coming along with all the minute detils it blew my mind. I hope bioware add a interactive conversation with sovergn because that was sooo epic.
This is what they need to incorperate. Everything the ipad can do kinect can using the same idea. Photos, games, magazines to flip through, and apps. That is what they need, apps would make it a must for many people.
