I'll say the Wii has more 3rd party GAMES coming out, but I would never say they have more #rd party SUPPORT. Most of the 3rd party games I've played on the Wii have been rubbish.

Because the XBOX doesn't have a minimum HDD in every console. If they did you can bet developers would be using it to their advantage.
HDD upgrades I agree are the future, but RAM not so much. Upgradeable RAM would just make it way too confusing for the developer. As long as there's a base, a minimum HDD, the developers can count on that. If RAM is made upgradeable, the developers will probably only develop for that minimum RAM, and extra RAM will just be superfluous.
Especially when you say it the way the intros to PS1 games do it. With that weird accent and all that.
