its the casuals who are up in arms about SFIV. They complain about stupid stuff like the graphics instead of being grateful that the greatest fighting game series ever has returned to true form.
All of my SF tournament buddies love that SFIV is coming and cannot wait til it drops in arcades. (yes I know of a few good arcades)
M$ proved to the entire industry already that they are behind the times when it comes to gaming. (no motion controls, no HDD in every console, RRoD, multiple SKu's, inflated review scores)
And that truly they have no place in the industry. I cannot wait until they decide to step out of the gaming indusrty.

only reason im posting to to say that MS fans are desperate as crap right now. 360 is destined to be the last place console, and with all of thier mistakes they'll have a impossible climb ahead of them.
If you ask me, MS should cut thier losses and stop making consoles.
btw-HD-DVD should have been built inside the 360 not for movies but for gaming purposes, that was thier biggest mistake.

The two biggest fads in gaming right now if anybody didnt know are FPS games and Family-Mini games. So wouldnt that make 360 a casual console like the Wii? And if you dont believe me there are tons more FPS games than there are Family-Mini games.

There does need to be somesort of policy against violent games. Im 24, and 10-12 year olds do not need to play these games at all.
For instance: Last night I was online with RFOM, and some little 13 yr old punk was spewing racist and sexist remarks during a TDM, and was talking big sh!t to everyone. Stuff like this...

Also fanboys tend to be very sheepish by design and will believe everything the GAMING MEDIA says:
ie. Wii sucks, ARPGs are good etc.
I also have the Omega patch and nobody seems to have bought it.

It looks like SF 3rd Strike, just with more supers.
And more supers was needed badly for that particular game. SF4 has a parry style system in place and high jumps in place. If you think that SF4 is anything like EX3 (which I still play) then your mistaken.
EX3 has a frentic pace to it, while SF4 looks to have a 3rd Strike/SF2 pace to it imho.
Im still playing the crap outta KoF XI.
But the character sprites look nice though, A day one purchase for sure no doubt.
