himself, he wants SFIV on all platforms. including PS2/Wii and portibles. And if thats the case SFIV will sale tons of copies on the PS2 and Wii.
If they were smart. If they wanted to stay in gaming they should just streamline PC gaming. That would not be as costly as producing a console and taking in millions of dollars in debt.
Now they can get into a battle with the PSP, over a "high-tech" portible console with Live features. But another console, unlikely.
Even a battle with PSP would be costly too.
Yes, simply because the hardware demand isnt there anymore. They have been outsold for months now by the Wii and the PS3 is now out selling it as well.
The demand for the console isnt there anymore, imo. But the demand of games hasnt gone away. Will 360 reach 40 million units?
ahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah...
MGS4 in June, thank GOD!!

May-HAZE
June-MGS4
yes!! bout time!!
I need to see some screens. I also want to see Crysis on the PS3!!
WHERE'S MY PS3 CRYSIS FTW??
It increased my WiFi connection speed, or the Wii just got a little faster. It's supposed to help with lag in games like DBZ BT3 or Mario Strikers.
dont kid yourself. Its the mass media friendly console, this gen.
PS3 and 360 are fighting for second place. Now its an interesting battle between MS and Sony, but Sony is poised to overtake them.
they needed something to keep thier fanbase happy and GeoW2 is just that. It should sell just as much as the original maybe more.
All in all it will be in the top 10 most sold games of 2008, for sure.
Along with SSBB, WiiFit, MGS4 and Resistance 2.
he tells it like it is. While Phil danced around alot giving answers to the press.
Anyways, peace out Phil-it was you who probably didnt want an in-game XMB.
i just got mine back from Nintendo and put my PS3 and other consoles aside for a long, long time.
Game informer did a big article about this back on E3 2005, saying that MS needed to input HD-DVD into the console simply because they'll be a point where devs will need the space.
Thats why I passed on 360. (not to mention the repition of game genres) Its over for them, not even GeoW2 can save them lol.
With these two posts.
The first poster had adult logic=hardcore gamer
second poster had immature comments=casual
Casual gamers play games that magazines and TV tell them too.
Hardcore gamers play all games regardless of genre and appreciates all games and consoles.
either BF 2142 or RFOM, because the large scale battles are fine the way it is. It seems that Bungie is trying to brainwash (scare) some gamers away from RFOM2 by using this non-sense of 60p is too much. PC games have been doing this for years, and PS3 owners have been doing it since launch. So Bungie better worry about thier next game and stay out of Resistance business.
need more proof
I mean a casual is some body who plays them casually. And there are genres that cater directly to them (mini-games, fitness, music games, puzzles, sports* etc.)
Now Sony has some of these genres already, but as someone stated earlier simply cannot get in-house nintendo games. And I'm sorry as a life long gamer with over 1000 games, nintendo is by far the best in the business.
Nintendo does have some hardcore games itself (Mario, Zelda, Metroid etc.) And the 3rd ...
then your right. CoD4 is for no0bs bottom line. Its way too forgiving.
For all of those arguing for no reason, the 40p DM in Resistance is insanely fun regardless.
They just added 20 more people, good more people aim at. Insomniac better not gimp 60p DM on Resistance 2.
Bungie failed to realize that Insomniac made 40p DM fun already, they're just adding more players.
but dont fear, SSBB will deliver MASSIVE DAMAGE to all consoles this year.
They took 3rd Strike, dumbed down the parry system and added Flashy supers.
I already stated this, and also that SF vets will still crush any no0b.
Its been around a long long time.
I totally disgree with casuals of all consoles trying dictate stuff. If you dont like leet dont play those games.

UK, February 27, 2008 - Yoshinori Ono, producer of Capcom's Street Fighter IV, has spoken out about the potential home ports that could follow later this year in an interview with GameLife.
Reaffirming our belief that Street Fighter really is the thinking man's chess, Ono compares the game's mechanics to the age-old discipline, saying, "You could have a gold-inlaid board, knights with diamonds in their eyes. Or you could just draw a grid...
