Wasn't Sony being laughed at because of their sales prior to releasing the Slim version? I may be going out on a limb when I say this, but. . . I think the majority of PS3 owners have a Slim and are doing just fine right now. FFXIII will sell as usual. Not that I won't be picking up my copy either way. Does anyone know of a retailer offering an incentive to pre-order FFXIII? I pre-ordered at Gamestop when I went in to pre-order BF2 and they gave me nothing but a receipt.

This is in no way meant to bash Reach, Halo, or anything Halo related. When you guys say things about "gameplay>graphics&quo t; and "If it's Halo 1 roots then awesome" what do you mean? Why not boot up the Xbox and play Halo 1? Do you like for your technology to continue advancing? I would prefer Halo: Reach to be at least 9 years more advanced than Halo in both graphics and gameplay. I mean, who wants the same gameplay and graphics from 2001?
In theory you're wrong. The expected precision from the Gem/Arc/whatevercrap is at or above the Wii Motion+ whereas the Natal, using only a camera, isn't expected to be the same. There is every reason to think that Natal won't be efficient enough to play FPS games. Everything they've shown up to now says that it won't work for those games. It isn't an online issue, buddy. Your PS2/1 games will work just the same. Your PS3 games that don't have trophies will also work. The internal clock (internal means inside) of some of the older PS3 models has a problem. If you got the PS3 to play 15 year old games, you can still do as such. Game on!
