They need .mkv support and a new web browser. If they stick with the old browser, they should at least update the flash support like they did when the in-game xmb came out.
I believe its scripted because its a demo and its more than likely the tutorial mission like the rest of the Hitman games. The only thing that bother me is the vision to see enemies movements and see through walls, but I heard a rumor it can be turned off or its not included in the hard difficulty. Either way, I'm super pumped.
You can actually make the dragon fly away by getting to the archway and bonfire underneath.
Once you come back up the stairs, run back down really quickly so the dragon kills all the enemies. Go back up and run to the far left wall to avoid his fire.
shoot an arrow and right after you shoot it, Sprint as fast as you can to the archway. Once at the archway, go to the far right of the statue into those doorways and the dragon will fly away for some reason.
"Hit its weak points for massive damage."
It actually does look like he's older because if you look closely, it seems like he has gray hair and its short like he looked at the end of MGS4. Maybe that's just the image blurr, but if we're talking about Big Boss around the mid-80s to Gulf War, I believe he would have been in his mid 50s to 60s.
He was in his late 20s to early 30s in Operation: Snake Eater in 1964, mid 30s in the Army's Heaven Incident, and early 40s during Peace Walker. Both PSP games to...
Ugh... don't mention BattleToads. I think that game is still the hardest game ever created. You need the relfexes of a 30+ year trained ninja/assassin with cyborg implants to hope to finish that game.
OT: Dark Souls is definitely a lot harder than Demon Souls. Enemies seem to be more intelligent and attack in groups. They also combo their strikes and guard with their shields then attack. Those are just the base Hollows. Sneaking to backstab just became extremely important...
Though I want to see the footage of the other two platforms, I'm kind of glad they decided that showing the game on the console was all they wanted to show. They've done the opposite of Dice and shown the weakest link so that gamers get to be impressed instead of going "why doesn't it look like what we've seen in trailers."
That's not to say the 360 is the weakest link as I think both consoles will pretty much be the same as always graphically. T...
When I heard Snake's voice, the commercial went from awesome to EPIC. David Hayter's voice has that effect on everything.
Also, who saw Agent 47 from Hitman? He sits at the table with Ghost from MW2 and Isaac from Dead Space. Plus, the Sackboy was too frickin' awesome.
Dang, the changes are so numerous, they even have pictures to describe them. Can't wait for the PS3 release when everything is fixed.
I agree. I consider it a beta and though the glitches are annoying, its still a ton of fun. With shooters lately, they get boring for me really quick, but this BF3 beta has that fun factor that I've been looking for.
In the end, that's all that matters, having fun.
^^^ Well, I wouldn't blame it on Americans because I'm American and I can't stand watered down gaming as you say either. A lot of my friends are that way as well.
That's why I say people in general, but I think mostly of this recent generation that grew up in the 2000s. They never got to experience the epicness which was the 90s espcially late 90s JRPGs and they're difficulty factor. I can agree on the noob friendly games, but I don't think this gene...
^^^ Yep, I still can't justify FF13 because it was basically just bad design for that game from the start, but smaller studios like level 5 just don't have the resources like Square Enix.
However, I still think WKC while not extremely original was a way better game JRPG wise than FF13. I played like 10 hours of FF13 and just hated it. I like nothing about the battle system at all. Story wise, its decent, but the battle system is just awful in my opinion.
I enjoyed the first one and I'm currently playing the second one. Its definitely got that old school 80/90s JRPG feel to it and most people that play RPGs today don't like that cliche' story and gameplay anymore.
Level 5 is never been one for stories though. Dark Cloud was not great story wise to me, but its gameplay was excellent. WKC2 is a great game and I love it, but its dated compared to people's standards today.
Its sad for Japanese JRPG...
^^^The M16A3 is really a nice rifle in the game. I've been doing mostly engineer with the M4A1. I already got the service star to master the carbine. I think I've got all the attachments. I roll with holo, foregrip, and silencer. Got to stay stealthy. ;)
Nord Warrior first playthrough just to show them dragons whose da boss. Then, second playthrough will be dark elf or imperial assassin.
Just spent 120 bones to pay for this and RAGE. The "Rush" begins Oct. 4th. I'm going to be so broke after this fall.
I can just imagine the devs thought process to come to this conclusion:
Bobby, "Hey Jim, some retail chumps released our game early. The players are already online leveling up and taking our swag"
Jim, "Sh@t, that means those players will be way ahead of us when we restart our characters on release day. Send in the phantoms."
Bobby, "You mean THOSE phantoms. The one's I created to F' with the Q/A guys during t...
Just found Chrono Cross last week at the retro game store in town. Already finish it, but I'll probably get this to keep my discs intact.
On a side note, Glenn is so epic when he gets the double Einlazers. He basically kills anything in one hit.
I love me some FF especially FF8, but the best ever RPG to come out was Legend of the Dragoon. It had a great story, intuitive battle system, DRAGOONS!!!, very developed characters, excellent graphics, and to boot, it was a frickin' long game.
*Spoiler*
Still pissed to this day that Lavitz dies early in the game. King Albert was an excellent replacement, but Lavitz was just such an awesome character.
Dust will not share the same fate as MAG because Dust is a true MMOFPS. MAG was never close to a true MMOFPS and has slowly died off because of lack of constant new content. with Dust, we not only get a persistent shooter, but another MMO, EVE, is directly linked to Dust.
Overall, even if the game is ok at launch, it will constantly improve as time goes on, releasing more and more new content. The only thing that would kill Dust right off the bat is lack of clan features and ...
