NOBODY said it was gone. Since it launched I've heard of THREE cases of rrod on the slim. things break, nothing is 100%. it doesn't help that he had it on a friggin glass table which doesn't dissipate heat, it reflects it right back up inside.
Too bad it can't cure the crippling mental illness, paranoia and fanboyism of the console's owners...
There's simply no reason to own one. Except for Sony shoehorning it into their games, nobody is doing jack shit with it. Until there's a bunch of 3D movies on the shelf and 3D tv stations there's zero reason to own one.
Good enough for me. I've played plenty of "highly rated" exclusives that weren't much longer and didn't have multiplayer either.

people have no idea how long it actually takes to submit a game and any change to it such as adding maps requires a restart of the entire process.
Why the disagree? It's true, it takes weeks to go through the approval and rating process. Any changes require it to be resubmitted. During that down time, instead of twiddling their thumbs devs work on dlc,maps,etc until their next project.
