This is sad... this is not even an article comparing PGR with GT... yet we have a bunch of Sony fanboys doing just that.
They are stupid enough to realized that these two games are not even in the same category... one of them is arcade.. the other is a Sim...
And this is the reason why I hate Sony fanboys with passion... they don't want to hear the view from an non-bias developer that have experience in both platforms... they want to constantly be told by single minded developers that work only on the PS3 platform how the PS3 is the most powerful console. They don't want to hear "similar or equal in power" they want to hear, "the cell is so powerful.. bla bla bla".

What I love the most is that regardless of the res.. this game is making PS3 games sells an insult to mention and no game on the PS3 will ever... ever... ever... sell as many copies as this game... and to make matter worst... it's getting better reviews than any game on the PS3 regardless of how much Sony keep hyping the graphics of the PS3 games (Lair anyone?)... ohh yeah... don't let me start talking about Frame rate issues... because... maybe.. just maybe... I think it's great Sony is finally bundling a game with the console... Spiderman 3 instead of a movie... it's time people know that the PS3 is not a blu-ray player but a game console.
As a developer I tell you... never trust the word of a developer. Most developers are religious about their bread and butter... The Linux vs Windows debate is being there for many many years... a Developer making most of their living of a specific set of tools, OS or technology will always bias... this guy is no exception...

Sony fanboys are funny... Why do you bother reading reviews if there is a great posibility the game is not going to be the BEST on the PS3.. which is what you want to hear. No matter who review the game or which game is it you know you are NOT going to agree with the review unless the PS3 version is the one with the highest score and without problems such as frame rate issues. Why don't you just ignore these reviews and just get the game.. it's obvious you already made up your mind about what...

One can shoot enemies from great distances and lighting has a lot to do with this. All ingame and dynamically rendered. Most games never do this....
