I know Splatoon is mainly multiplayer, but I think Nintendo have really helped sales by releasing this at a lower RRP. I remember preorders for as little as £25, which is great for a first-party Nintendo title. These are the things they need to be doing to get more people involved.
While I'm worried they may be holding off a few projects until the NX now, I think there's enough WiiU games out there now for me to be putting my hand in my pocket around Black Friday...
Agreed, I'm still enjoying Witcher 3, but it's never great to see a studio get burnt out by working on the same games for years and years and they've been on this series for 10 years I think.
The break could rejuvenate their ideas etc if they wanted to do a 4th game in some year's time after getting stuck into something completely different. More devs/publishers should do this.

But I agree that we could see BB2, more Demon's Souls etc. Sci-fi take on Souls could be interesting too.
I've never played WoW, but I'm well up for the movie as I like that genre anyway. Plus with Industrial Light and Magic (the chaps behind Star Wars) doing the CGI, it's going to look amazing.
It's not ideal, but it's a great price and comes with a solid 12 month warranty. So you've got just as much security as a regular buy. Lots of Stores in UK to return it too.
Supermarkets are usually pretty decent about taking stuff back too (as they've no clue). I had a faulty controller and they asked for the whole console back to replace the entire box. As it was 11 months after launch they give me the difference in price back as cash. I'll be back ther...
Sadly, the only way so far is to buy a copy of Final Fantasy Type 0 HD for PS4/XO that has it included.
I think the combat's surprisingly fluid, although the demo doesn't give a good idea of how much depth we'll have to play with or spellcasting etc.
And while it's quite fun, I think if it was the same combat in an 'action game' we'd say it was a bit rubbish. Better than XII from what I remember though.
Who knows what's going on with the story, I think it's daft that they've made it a bit of a dude bro sausage fest, usual...
Argh, so close to what I want. Swap FIFA out for something better later in the year like Rise of the Tomb Raider and I think I'll bite.

Some great stuff, but also a lot of no-shows. Think Unravel is looking very promising though and Mirror's Edge: Catalyst is on my Most Wanted list for sure. Where's the proper gameplay showing for Need for Speed though, EA? It's out in a few months and I'm very skeptical of bullshot videos so far.

I really don't know why Capcom have let this indie studio carry on for so long if they're just gonna force them to pull it as soon as they announce their own remake, which is obviously going to happen given the success of Resi HD remaster.

Unless this new PS4 mouse/mini-keyboard was compatible with every FPS, I can't see it being worth the effort. More to the point people that want this could just carry on with their PC games. Is there really a massive desire to play Shadow Fall with a mouse?
Personally, I've only briefly tried keyboard controls on a basic FPS. It's not for me. Knuckles went stiff using WASD. Happy enough with my controller options.

The Final Fantasy (OK, paid) demo seems to be serving the same purpose, which I think is a great approach to fan feedback
Read the article. Author mentions all of those games. Basically, they had a clear set of release windows in comparison to Hitman. Some good, some poor.
It's still mainly ports we're seeing on the Vita tbh, but at least it is getting used.
Dusted mine off recently to try latest batch of PS+ titles but wasn't gripped by anything really. Luftrausers was ok until I hit a wall thanks to my lame skills.
I reviewed it at launch, and finished it twice. But not played it since. Visuals aside (so pretty!) I wasn't impressed with the game thanks to the regular lack of actual gameplay and that still stands. But the gunfights were good when they appeared.
That said, I still think gamers can get something out of it when the price is right, especially if they can trade it in without losing much money.
