There needs to be a balance. I didnt mind less than stellar graphics in demons souls cause it had great art design and gameplay. However, if everything was 8 bit i would not have played it.

Agree to disagree. It is a matter of personal preference. I appreciate devs trying to maintain the comic feel, but its...damnit, its just too cartoony for me. Borderlands case in point. Great gameplay, an atrosity to look at.

Not even taking the coding into account for a decent port, this game is an abortion. AI that is superhuman, not being able to literally walk over a rock that is 3 inches high and no, not because of invisible barriers, either and pacing that would drive anyone insane makes this game a no go.
So, unless all of the actual game play issues have been corrected IN ADDITION to making a good port in the programming area this game is a pass.
Doubt it. I admit there was an improvement over the last one but it was still pretty crappy. Skyrim is the game to save your duckets for when it omes to RPG.
It is kinda sucky. Hopefully gt5 is miles ahead.
