I own a X1 and the PS4 is more powerful. The gap between the 2 will never change because both consoles will keep getting software tools for the rest of this gen.

Wait I don't believe in a "hidden" GPU but come on if it's true that MS can just update a gpu from DX11-DX12 then there's something we haven't been told about what gpu is really in the X1? And why now update it? why not have it already done before it launched? And it's not like the X1 going too magically catch up or match the ps4 specs(it'll help the X1 but by how much?).

I just don't understand why can't they pull a Ouya and sell a cheap console or even do what apple does release a new upgraded console every year. Heck include google playstore so people can play android games with a controller.
